Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Policy: Should the client wish to change their scheduled appointment, the deposit will be carried over to the new date(s) and time(s), provided there is availability. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment.
Please note that the deposit can only be transferred once for rescheduling purposes.
This policy is in place to ensure that all clients have the opportunity to secure preferred service times and dates.
In the event that the client cancels, the full deposit will be non-refundable. Conversely, should I, Candace, initiate a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in its entirety.
